scholarship for 5th standard student in Gujarat

Are there any scholarship for 5th standard student in Gujarat? I am looking for scholarship one of my relatives boy who can't afford study.
Is there any scholarship which will cover expenses like tuition fees, books and other necessary things for study in Gujarat?

There is a Primary and Secondary Education Scholarship Examination for 5th standard student in Exam. If you will pass this exam you will get scholarship for your tuition fees, books and other extra money which is sufficient to afford study.
