I've been reading on these two products and how amazingly healthy they are, but I'm nervous about adding them to my diet. I'm 28, fit, and have no health problems. I'm a vegetarian too, so my saturated fat intake is very low. I've read coconut milk/oil give one a lot of energy, are good for the immune system, etc., but when I look at the nutrition, the fat content is daunting. Should I really incorporate this in my diet? I do have low energy levels and although I'm a vegetarian, my eating habits could use a lot of work.
